Edutoolz provides cloud-based ERP solutions and digital services. As these services are intangible, they are generally non-refundable once activated.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Non-Returnable Services: Once a digital service is active and the account has been used, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Partial Refunds: A partial refund may be considered for new subscriptions if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of activation and there has been no significant usage of the system.
  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery of Services

Since our services are digital, there is no physical shipping. Your account access and instructions for use will be delivered electronically. You can expect to receive the software and full access to our services within 7-12 days after successful payment. This timeframe accounts for the setup and customization based on your institution's specific requirements.
