User Eligibility: Users must be authorized
representatives of educational institutions or entities permitted to
enter into legally binding contracts.
Account Registration: You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree
to provide accurate and updated information during registration.
Subscription & Payments: Subscriptions are billed
annually or monthly, depending on the chosen plan. Payments are
processed via BillDesk. Failure to pay will result in account
suspension or termination.
License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable
license to use our platform. You may not sublicense, resell, or
reverse-engineer our services.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or
terminate access if you violate these terms or applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability: Edutoolz is not liable for
any indirect or consequential damages. Use of the platform is at your
own risk.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws
of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tamilnadu,
India.
